"Don and Mike"'s O'Meara Buys Another Bar

WESTWOOD ONE and WJFK (FREE FM 106.7 WJFK)/WASHINGTON "DON AND MIKE SHOW" co-host MIKE O'MEARA is expanding his D.C. area bar and restaurant empire, according to the WASHINGTON POST, as he and partner JOHN CANTRELL have won the venerable M ST. bar SIGN OF THE WHALE in bankruptcy court for $390,000. and will convert the location to a second O'MEARA'S. 

The first O'MEARA'S is in MANASSAS, VA and is often mentioned on the show by its real name and mocked by on-air partner DON GERONIMO as "HANK'S LOOKAROUND CAFE," the name of hapless sidekick HANK KINGSLEY's rotating restaurant concept on "THE LARRY SANDERS SHOW."
