The FCC denies most of an objection filed by WILLIAM J. CUSAK against the license renewal of Contemporary Christian WVXG/MT. GILEAD, OH and grants the renewal to ICS HOLDINGS, INC. but admonishes ICS for misrepresenting sole shareholder MARK LITTON's interest in DELAWARE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORP.'s Religion WINF-LP/DELAWARE, OH, his resignation from which was not accepted by that station's board until after ICS represented that he had no other attributable interests in local stations.
The Commission also has renewed the license of SOUTH CAROLINA EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION COMMISSION's noncommercial WEPR/GREENVILLE, SC over an informal objection by JOSEPH M. GOLDSMITH complaining that the station's mircowave relay programming link fails in emergency weather situations.
