EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has announced completion of the sale of Top 40/Rhythmic KKFR (POWER 92-3)/PHOENIX to BONNEVILLE for $77.5 million. EMMIS bought KKFR from CLEAR CHANNEL in AUGUST 2000. In JANUARY 2005, EMMIS traded three station in PHOENIX (KTAR-A, KMVP-A and KKLT) for BONNEVILLE's WLUP/CHICAGO plus $70 million in cash.
