IMMACULATE HEART RADIO's IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING is selling Religion KNRY-A/MONTEREY, CA to SAUL LEVINE's MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. for $200,000. IHR will retain Religion KYAA-A/SOQUEL in the MONTEREY-SALINAS market.

In other filings with the FCC, AZALEA RADIO CORPORATION is selling KHCV/CADDO VALLEY, AR to MICHAEL E. WILKINS' SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS MEDIA, LLC for $50,000.

INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION is selling noncommercial WBOO/MORGANFIELD, KY to REAL LIFE RADIO FOUNDATION, INC. for $15,000.

VALLEYDALE BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of AC WDUC (93.9 THE DUCK)/LYNCHBURG, TN to BOWMAN BROADCASTING, LLC for $475,000 ($425,000 cash, $50,000 in a note).
