BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT artist CRAIG MORGAN came up on the scene of a wreck on I-40 in HUMPHREYS COUNTY, TN involving three tractor trailers YESTERDAY (6/9). MORGAN, along with crew members JERRY HINES and JOEY GREER, rushed to the scene and performed CPR on crash victims and assisted in extinguishing a small fire. 

"He responded and did exactly what he had been taught to do and was a huge help," HUMPHREYS COUNTY Sheriff CHRIS DAVIS told NEWS CHANNEL 5. "This is just another example of the kind of guy he is, he loves doing things for others."

The accident happened roughly 30 miles SOUTH of MORGAN's home in DICKSON, TN. He was on his way home from a show in TEXAS.
