Mount Wilson Buys FM Translator For Recently-Acquired KNRY-A/Monterey

ONE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling FM translator K234AW/MONTEREY, CA to MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. for $90,000.  The station, which holds a construction permit to move to 95.1 as K236BK, will rebroadcast KNRY-A/MONTEREY, the acquisition of which MOUNT WILSON recently announced.

In other filings with the FCC, HENGOOCH LICENSE, LLC is selling Sports WYND-F (ESPN RADIO 97.1)/HATTERAS, NC to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $1.

LIFESOUNDS, INC. is selling FM translator K265CT/JEFFERSON CITY, MO to ZIMMER RADIO OF MID-MISSOURI, INC. for $35,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk KWOS-A/COLUMBIA, MO.

JOHNSON BROADCAST VENTURES, LTD. is selling Gospel WXKL-A/SANFORD, NC to MACADELL & ASSOCIATES, INC. for $65,000.

COLUMBIA GORGE BROADCASTERS, INC. is assigning the construction permit for K237FM/CRATES, OR to BICOASTAL COLUMBIA RIVER LLC  and M.S.W. COMMUNICATIONS, L.L.C. is assigning K264BN/COOK, WA as part of a $2.7 million multistation 2007 deal; the paperwork for the translators, valued at $10 each, awaited FCC grant of the construction permits.

WAY MEDIA, INC. is assigning FM translator W259BR/BOONEYMAN, GA to MATTOX BROADCASTING, INC. for an undisclosed price.

LIBERTY UNIVERSITY, INC. is selling FM translator W230BW/BLACKSTONE, VA to DENBAR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $10,000. The buyer plans to simulcast Sports WKLV-A (ESPN RADIO 1440)/BLACKSTONE on the translator.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has requested a Silent STA for FM translator W230AY/WESTOVER, WV due to an expired lease.

JO ANN KEENAN has closed on the sale of her 55% of BRECKINRIDGE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of WXBC/HARDINSBURG, KY,  to LEE BRAMLETT for $900,000.

And FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K296FI/PIERRE, SD to JAMES RIVER BROADCASTING CO. for $26,500.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KGFX-A/PIERRE.
