KABQ-F To Change Frequency

Moving To 98.1 Friday

Effective FRIDAY, JUNE 21st, ALOHA STATION TRUST Classic Country KABQ-F/ALBUQUERQUE will move from its current 104.7 frequency to a CLEAR CHANNEL-owned translator at 98.1.

A crawl at the top of KABQ’s website tells listeners, “We’re on the move starting 6/21, find us at 98.1 FM.” Right now, the 98.1 spot on the ALBUQUERQUE dial is a simulcast with CLEAR CHANNEL crosstown Country KBQI (107.9).

There’s no word on what format will end up on 104.7 once KABQ makes the move.
