WILKINS' SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS MEDIA for $25,000.   The buyer will rebroadcast Country KBOK-A/MALVERN, AR, which it is separately purchasing from NOALMARK BROADCASTING CORP. for $35,000, on the translator.

In other filings with the FCC, PINEBROOK CORPORATION is assigning WINW-A/CANTON, OH to CAP III MEDIA, INC.under court order enforcing a prior purchase agreement for no consideration.

WESTERN NEW LIFE, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for WNVE/CULEBRA, PR while it relocates to CEIBA, PR.

DELLA JANE WOOFTER has requested a Silent STA for WVRW/GLENVILLE, WV due to the toppling of its tower in a storm.
