FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling three more stations, this time dealing Religion WFRW/WEBSTER, NY , KIFR/ALICE, TX, and KXBC/GARBERVILLE, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $655,000.

In other filings with the FCC, WORLD RADIO LINK INC. is selling FM translator W284AS/BOSCOBEL, WI to ROBINSON CORPORATION for $11,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Oldies WPRE-A (CRUISIN 980)/PRAIRIE DU CHEIN, WI.

NORTH SHORE BROADCASTING CO., INC. is emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has filed to remove debtor-in-possession status from its ownership of Country WHMD (KAJUN 107.1) and WFPR-A/HAMMOND, LA and Hot AC WYLK (LAKE 94.7)/LACOMBE, LA.  CHARLES W. DOWDY retains control of the licensee.

AZURE MEDIA, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WFHT-A/AVON PARK, FL due to transmitter site problems.

And BUSINESSTALKRADIO.NET ACQUISITIONS CORP. Receiver MICHAEL CRAVEN and WURP EAST, INC. have closed on the sale of Talk WLFP-A/BRADDOCK, PA to AM GUYS, LLC for $14,515 cash.
