CONNOISSEUR MEDIA's sale of Hot AC KXMZ (HITS 102.7)/BOX ELDER-RAPID CITY, SD to PANDORA MEDIA carries a price tag of $600,000 plus an LMA before closing, according to the contract filed with the FCC.   The price for PANDORA's strategic entry into station ownership was undisclosed in initial reports.

LOPESTER BROADCASTING is selling the construction permit for a new FM at WHITEHALL, MT to THE MONTANA RADIO CO., LLC for $22,000.

BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WFAU/GARDNER, ME due to needed repairs to its antenna switching system that will commence on JULY 1st.

ROCKET RADIO CORP. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator K258BY/TORTILLA FLAT, AZ due to vandalism and subsequent loss of lease.

MUNBILLA BROADCASTING PROPERTIES, LTD. has filed for a Silent STA for KHLB/MASON, TX, which was in the process of being sold to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION as part of a two-station deal for $170,000.  The station lost its tower ground lease and has been restricted by the landowner from access to the transmitter site.  The sale to EMF has been dismissed as a result.

And MY BRIDGE RADIO has closed on the transfer of FM translator K250AT/BELLEVILLE, KS to GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. as a gift for no consideration.
