  MTV NETWORKS has named INTERSCOPE/GEGGEN/A&M VP/New Media, Creative and Strategic Marketing COURTNEY HOLT to the VP/Digital Music role for the company's MUSIC & LOGO GROUP, which includes TV, VH1, CMT, LOGO, and the company' various online gambit. HOLT will be based in NYC.
