CENTRO CRISTIANO DE FE, INC is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM station at YUCCA VALLEY, CA to ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC. d/b/a NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL for $25,000 ($3,000 down, $10,000 cash at closing, $12,000 in a promissory note).  The station will run 6,000 watts at 90.5 FM.

In another filing with the FCC, COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K283BW/OKLAHOMA CITY, OK to TYLER MEDIA, LLC for $125,000.
