  UNION COUNTY BROADCASTING CO., INC. sells Country WMSK-A/MORGANFIELD, KY to HENSON MEDIA, INC. for $145,000 (for the assets) plus $35,000 for the FCC licenses. The buyer will take over with an LMA on the day the sale of non-license assets closes. The simulcast FM partner station is not included in the sale.
