CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT/JACKSONVILLE has brought back PLANET RADIO, "JACKSONVILLE's Real Rock," on 106.9 W295AZ and WNWW-HD2, effective immediately and broadcasting commercial-free through LABOR DAY weekend. 106.9 PLANET RADIO will play artists such FOO FIGHTERS, ALICE IN CHAINS, SHINEDOWN, THREE DAYS GRACE and the best rock from the '80s and '90s.
"We are thrilled to bring back PLANET RADIO and a brand that has been missed by rock music fans in JACKSONVILLE," CCM+E/JACKSONVILLE Market Manager MARV NYREN said.
"Fans have missed PLANET RADIO; we hear from them all the time that they've wanted it back," CCM+E/JACKSONVILLE OM TOMMY BODEAN added.
