CUMULUS (SUSQUEHANNA RADIO CORP.) is selling KTDK/SANGER, TX to WHITLEY MEDIA LLC, headed by MEDIA SERVICES GROUP broker BILL WHITLEY, for $100.  The station presently simulcasts Sports KTCK-A (THE TICKET)/DALLAS in the DENTON-GAINESVILLE area north of the DALLAS-FORT WORTH area.

In other filings with the FCC, L. TOPAZ ENTERPRISES, INC. is selling the construction permit for KZTW/TIOGA, ND to REAL PRESENCE RADIO for $175,000.

CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at PAICINES, CA to VIDA VALE VIVIR, INC. for $2,500.

SHEILA CALLAHAN & FRIENDS, INC. has closed on the sale of Country KDXT (107 THE RANCH)/LOLO. MT and FM translator K296FM/MISSOULA, MT to WESTERN ROCKIES RADIO, INC. for $288,000.  The buyer has been brokering most of the station's time since 2009.

GERALD R. PROCTOR has closed on the sale of FM translator K230BE/MANY, LA to REV. LOUIS D. BYERS for $150.

HI-LINE RADIO FELLOWSHIP, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K265EP/WALKERVILLE, MT to BUTTE BROADCASTING INC. for $15,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KBOW-A/BUTTE.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W257CI/ATHENS, GA to THE B&GRS for $15,000.

And DAVID M. STOUT has closed on the sale of the construction permit for FM translator W227CJ/MARQUETTE, MI to TACONITE BROADCASTING, INC. for $40,000.  The facility will rebroadcast Sports WZAM-A (ESPN 970)/ISHPEMING, MI.
