CUMULUS (SUSQUEHANNA RADIO CORP.) is selling KTDK/SANGER, TX to WHITLEY MEDIA LLC, headed by MEDIA SERVICES GROUP broker BILL WHITLEY, for $100. The station presently simulcasts Sports KTCK-A (THE TICKET)/DALLAS in the DENTON-GAINESVILLE area north of the DALLAS-FORT WORTH area.
In other filings with the FCC, L. TOPAZ ENTERPRISES, INC. is selling the construction permit for KZTW/TIOGA, ND to REAL PRESENCE RADIO for $175,000.
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at PAICINES, CA to VIDA VALE VIVIR, INC. for $2,500.
