WKHX Teams With Florida-Georgia Line

CUMULUS Country WKHX (KICKS 101.5)/ATLANTA wrapped up a month-long promotion YESTERDAY (7/14) with a “LIVE ON THE LOT” concert featuring a free, 45-minute set courtesy of REPUBLIC NASHVILLE’s FLORIDA-GEORGIA LINE in front of 10,000 KICKS listeners.

The station partnered with a CARL BLACK GMC dealer in KENNESAW, GA to give away KICKS morning personality CADILLAC JACK’s GMC Sierra. More than 30,000 entries were received for the vehicle, which was awarded on stage during SUNDAY’s event. Also up for grabs was an autographed FGL guitar, which generated more than 160,000 text entries.

Recapping the event, WKHX Dir./Promotions JENN FALLIN said, “This is amazing considering the only place that this event was promoted was through KICKS 101.5. Talk about the power of radio!”
