Congrats to MID WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING Country WWQM (Q-106)/ MADISON, WI PD FLETCHER KEYES, who completed the MUNCIE "IRONMAN 70.3" triathlon over the weekend.

KEYES told ALL ACCESS that he "swam well, biked well and ran... slow."
