  CANDICE GREY is headed to mornings at NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE Contemporary Christian WNWC (LIFE 102.5)/MADISON, WI and will be joining GARRETT MICHAELS as co-host on the new morning show being developed (NET NEWS 7/19).
  
  CANDICE is being promoted from evenings at NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE Contemporary Christian KDNW (LIFE 97.3)/DULUTH MN, according to KDNW Station Mgr SCOTT MICHAELS, and will join GARRETT on air beginning in AUGUST.
