  Congratulations to CAPITOL NASHVILLE trio LADY ANTEBELLUM's HILLARY SCOTT on the birth of her baby girl, EISELE KAYE TYRRELL, who was born earlier TODAY (7/22) at 7 lbs., 13 oz. in NASHVILLE. EISELE is named after a combination of HILLARY's mom's middle name (KAYE) and her husband, and band drummer, CHRIS TYRRELL's mother's madien name.
  
  “She is incredibly gorgeous,” CHRIS told PEOPLE.
