LIVINGSTON TELEPHONE COMPANY, owner of TELCOM SUPPLY, INC,, licensee of AC KETX-A (THE BREEZE), Classic Hits KETX-F (92.3 THE EAGLE), and low power TV KETX-LP/LIVINGSTON, TX, is merging with USCONNECT ACQUISITIONS I, INC. in a deal that leaves LIVINGSTON TELEPHONE COMPANY the surviving owner of the licensee but removes all LTC shareholders from ownership.  BRAZORIA TELEPHONE COMPANY, FTC MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., GOLDEN WEST TELECOMMUNICATIONS COOPERATIVE, INC,, HORRY TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE, INC., and DICKEY RURAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE, INC. will each own 19.2857% of USCONNECT's preferred stock and a 17.357% interest in the licensee.  LEO and MANNY STAURULAKIS each own 1/3 of USCONNECT common stock and will hold 3.33% voting interest in the licensee, and their MLSTAR, LLC will hold 3.6% of USCONNECT preferred stock.

CUMULUS spinoff trust VOLT RADIO, LLC has requested a Silent STA for Country-Rock "THE OUTLAW" simulcast WJXY-F/CONWAY, SC and WXJY/GEORGETOWN, SC "due to an unexpected issue with its programming arrangements. The licensee is in the process of entering into new contractual agreements for programming and is unable to resume broadcast operations at this time."

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for FM translator K220HA/KIHEI, HI due to interference from a new full power station, noncommercial KMNO/WAILUKU.

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. has asked for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator W236CA/WAKE FOREST, NC as it relocates to lessen interference.

GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO has closed on the sale of Religion KBIJ (RADIO BY GRACE)/GUYMON, OK to OMI OILFIELD INVESTMENTS, LLC for $421,000.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF SHASTA LAKE has closed on the donation of low power FM KIHP-LP/SHASTA LAKE, CA to GATEWAY UNITED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
