SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM has tapped CESAR DANIEL RUIZ to program WLEY (LA LEY 107.9)/CHICAGO.

"CESAR's broad knowledge and extensive experience in radio programming make him a tremendous addition to our team," said SBS COO ALBERT RODRIGUEZ. "His expertise as the executive-in-charge of many successful programs and understanding of our audience will be a strong asset as we build on the success of our programming in CHICAGO."

RUIZ helped launch WRAZ (LA RAZA 106.3)/MIAMI. Recently he worked in LA RAZA 102.3 and LA MEGA 96.5 in ATLANTA from 2009 to 2013.
