Spotify Adds New 'Browse' Feature

Music streaming service SPOTIFY has incorporated a new "Browse" feature designed to point its users towards music they may like, THE GUARDIAN reports. Browse suggests SPOTIFY playlists grouped by context and mood in categories such as "commuting," "parties," "early-morning blues," "romance" and "songs for you, not your parents".

Most of the playlists have been chosen by SPOTIFY's editorial team from the 1 billion playlists created by its 24 million active users, although the in-house staff will create their own themed selections.
