FCC Extends Due Date For Ownership Reports

The FCC has extended the deadline for broadcast stations to file their biennial Form 323 ownership reports.  The date has been moved from OCTOBER 1st to DECEMBER 2nd; all information submitted should still be current as of OCTOBER 1st, 2013.

The Commission's move of the date was intended to provide filers with 30 more days to allow adequate time to prepare the form, especially in light of how some licensees and parent companies may have to file numerous forms.
