KPLZ Announces Seattle's 'Favorite Breakfast Location' Winner

On MONDAY (8/5), FISHER RADIO Hot AC KPLZ (STAR 101.5)/SEATTLE's KENT & ALAN morning show let listeners vote via phone, e-mail and FACEBOOK for the "FAVORITE BREAKFAST LOCATION" as part of their 16th annual "STAR 101.5 NORTHWEST'S BEST BREAKFAST" contest.

Once the votes were counted, THE BUTTERED BISCUIT in SUMNER  was crowned the winner by a close margin for their "AUTHENTIC GRAMMA FOOD."

According to BUTTERED BISCUIT employee LEANN who spoke to KENT & ALAN via phone, "GRAMMA will be so excited!  She owns the place!"  When asked about their most famous menu items she responded, "Chicken Fried Steak, ‘S.O.S’ (otherwise known as biscuits and gravy), cinnamon rolls and our homemade from head-to-toe Reuben Sandwich."

STAR 101.5 morning show host KENT PHILLIPS commented, "There was more voting than ever before with online and social media weighing in."

Morning co-host ALAN BUDWILL added, "It’s always fun to learn about new breakfast places in our community."
