BLISS COMMUNICATIONS' Country WJVL/JANESVILLE, WI APD/afternoon personality ROB WEST has been upped to PD.
WEST succeeds KEN SCOTT, who will concentrate on his VP/GM responsibilities for Country sister WBWL/WEST BEND, WI. SCOTT will also retain his midday show for ‘JVL.
Prior to his move to JANESVILLE, WEST’s radio career included stops in LINCOLN, NE and LA CROSSE, WI.
