Country artist GENE WATSON was inducted into the HOUSTON PRESS MUSIC HALL OF FAME on TUESDAY (8/6).
WATSON is known for his singles "Farewell Party," "Love In The Hot Afternoon," "Paper Rosie," "Fourteen Carat Mind" and more.
“It’s a great, personal honor to be inducted into the first-ever class in the HOUSTON MUSIC HALL OF FAME," stated WATSON. "I’m so proud to live in HOUSTON and the great state of TEXAS and to be elected into the very first group in the HOUSTON MUSIC HALL OF FAME is very humbling."
