  The CRTC has approved two new FMs for BRITISH COLUMBIA.
  
  VISTA RADIO LTD. has been granted a new Adult Hits/AC hybrid on 94.FM with 2,800 watts ERP at 602 meters above average terrain at CRESTON, BC.
  
  And WELLS COMMUNITY RADIO ASSOCIATION has been granted a low-power FM on 92.5 FM with 2.25 watts at -210.8 meters above average terrain The station will operate as an English-language community station.
