COX RADIO AC WSB (B98.5)/ATLANTA will unveil the "JEFF and MELISSA" morning show starring JEFF ELLIOTT and MELISSA CARTER, beginning AUG. 14th. ELLIOTT, a morning show vet, previously did mornings at WIRK/WEST PALM BEACH; CARTER is well known in ATLANTA, primarily for her lengthy stint as part of The BERT Show.
