FCC Releases 2013 Regulatory Fee Schedule

Fees

The FCC has released its Fiscal Year 2013 schedule of regulatory fees.  The Commission is aiming to collect $339,844,000 in regulatory fees this year.

In addition, the Commission has changed its procedure to require payments be made electronically starting in fiscal year 2014 and will transfer unpaid fees to collection to the Treasury Department at the end of the payment period rather than 180 days later.
