RADIO ONE has flipped recently acquired WRDA/ST. LOUIS to Top 40/Rhythmic as HOT 104. WRDA, purchased from EMMIS one week ago, had been an Adult Standards station before the move. Consultant ALAN SNEED is handling the programming transition.
