Could RUSH LIMBAUGH, SEAN HANNITY, and MARK LEVIN be the moderators of a Republican presidential candidates' debate in 2016? The WASHINGTON TIMES' PAUL BEDARD reports that a scenario involving the three radio hosts moderating one of the debates during the 2016 primaries is being considered by the REPUBLICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, which has been unhappy with the questions from some network reporters and anchors in past debates.
BEDARD says that "GOP insiders" told him "they are eager to bring in questioners who understand Republican policies and beliefs and who have the ability to get candidates to differentiate their positions on core conservative values." An advocate for bringing in LIMBAUGH, HANNITY and LEVIN said, "It makes a lot of sense. We'd get a huge viewership, they'd make a lot of news and maybe have some fun, too."
A RNC Communications Director said in an interview with SIRIUSXM RADIO last week that he thinks LEVIN should moderate a debate, while RNC Chairman REINCE PRIEBUS told TALK RADIO NETWORK and FOX NEWS CHANNEL's ANDREA TANTAROS that she, HANNITY and LEVIN hosting a debate would be a "very good idea,"
