In other filings with the FCC, the previously-undisclosed price for the sale by COCHISE BROADCASTING LLC of Adult Standards KOMJ-A (MAGIC 1490 AM)/OMAHA, NE to VIC MICHAELS' KONA COAST RADIO LLC is $450,000, according to the contract filed with the Commission.

HARRISON COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling AC WLSM-F (MAGIC 107)/LOUISVILLE, MS to WILLIAM A. HILL's WH PROPERTIES, INC. for $300,000.
