HITSHOP RECORDS’ EAST COAST regional RICK BAUMGARTNER has been promoted to the newly created position of Dir./National Promotion, reporting to VP/Promotion DIANE MONK HARRISON.

“From day one, RICK has proven he is here to win and make a difference in our unique environment,” said MONK HARRISON. "He brings tremendous drive coupled with a creative and strategic approach to the job every day.”

Prior to joining HITSHOP at its JANUARY inception (NET NEWS 1/9), BAUMGARTNER served as VP/Promotion for BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT. His label career also includes time with WARNER BROS., DECCA, ATLANTIC, BROKEN BOW and EQUITY.
