BERKSHIRE BROADCASTING CO., INC./GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Talk WBEC-A, Hot AC WBEC-F (LIVE 95.9), and Oldies WUPE-A (WHOOPEE)/PITTSFIELD, MA, AC WSBS-A/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA, and Oldies WUPE-F (WHOOPEE) and AC WNAW-A/NORTH ADAMS, MA to GREG REED's REED MIAMI HOLDINGS, LLC for an undisclosed price.  The sale contract was omitted from the application filing and the parties said that they are "in the process of formalizing the agreement" and will amend to add a copy of the contract "once it is finalized."

In other filings with the FCC, FRONTLINE MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. is selling Religion WEVI/ (POWER 101.7)FREDERIKSTED, VI to LIFELINE, LLC for $15,000 in loans to be repaid if the deal is not approved by the FCC.

CARL E. LAMM is transferring his 33.34% interest in FAMILY MEDIA GROUP, LLC, owner of Religion WMPM-A/SMITHFIELD, NC, to LYNDA LAMM CARROLL and MICKEY LAMM for undisclosed consideration. LYNDA LAMM CARROLL will end up with 51% and MICKEY LAMM will have 49% of the company after the transaction.

EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF COLORADO SPRINGS, INC. is selling FM translator K233CK/GRAND JUNCTION, CO to KBDX, LLC for $40,000.  The translator will rebroadcast the HD3 channel of Classic Hits KGJX (REDROCK 101.5)/GRAND JUNCTION.

CALL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator W272BM/FORT MYERS BEACH, FL while it awaits a replacement transmitter.
