  Congratulations are in order for BUCKLEY Top 40 KLLY/BAKERSFIELD, CA PD/morning host DANNY HILL and his wife KAIT, who are celebrating the birth of their daughter, REESE EMMA. Their bundle of joy arrived TUESDAY (8/27) at just past 1p, registering 6lb 11oz, 19.5 inches long.
  
  Both mom and baby are resting comfortably, while daddy is still crying tears of joy!
