CLEAR CHANNEL's CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC. is selling back five stations in the GREEN BAY market to CUMULUS LICENSING LLC based on a 2009 put agreement that included an LMA back to CUMULUS, at a put price of $17,636,643. The cluster includes Sports WDUZ-A (THE FAN) and Hot AC WQLH (STAR 98)/GREEN BAY, Sports WDUZ-F (THE FAN)/BRILLION, Classic Hits WOGB/REEDSVILLE, and Country WPCK (NASH FM)/DENMARK. The initial deal had the five stations being swapped to CLEAR CHANNEL for two CINCINNATI stations, then being LMA'd back for operation by CUMULUS and a put window set starting in JULY 2013.
In other filings with the FCC, GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Hot AC WAVK (97.7 WAVE FM)/MARATHON, FL. Country WCNK (98.7 CONCH COUNTRY)/KEY WEST, and Classic Hits WWUS (US 1)/BIG PINE KEY, FL to LOUISIANA broadcaster ROBERT H. HOLLADAY's FLORIDA KEYS MEDIA, LLC for $500,000, less $25,000 for a replacement transmitter for WAVK.
