CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT/DALLAS has appointed DEIDRE RICHTER Market President, effective immediately. She will oversee the market's overall operations including programming and sales for the six-station cluster, leverage its brands, audience and all assets to provide quality programming and create new revenue opportunities from within the market.
