The avalanche of filings at the FCC in the CUMULUS-TOWNSQUARE-PEAK transactions show that the three stations being spun by TOWNSQUARE MEDIA WATERLOO LICENSE, LLC to THE CEDAR RAPIDS DIVESTITURE TRUST are Classic Rock KCRR-A/GRUNDY CENTER, IA; Top 40 KKHQ-F (Q92.3)/OELWEIN, IA; and Country KOEL-F (K98.5)/CEDAR FALLS, IA, all serving the WATERLOO-CEDAR FALLS market. NBC LOCAL MEDIA VP/Business Development ALLEN N. BLUM is serving as trustee for the three stations, which are being spun to the trust so that the sale of the CUMULUS stations to TOWNSQUARE complies with FCC caps.
In other filings with the FCC, the paperwork filed for the previously-announced sale by RESULTS RADIO OF SACRAMENTO, LLC is selling KMJE/PLACERVILLE-SACRAMENTO, which has been stunting in advance of a format change, to LOTUS SACRAMENTO CORP./LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. is $2.23 million plus an LMA before closing.
JAMES J. CHLADEK is selling Tropical WXMC-A/PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, NJ to WORLD INDIA RADIO, LLC for $30,000.
RADIO DISNEY GROUP, LLC has taken KWDZ-A/SALT LAKE CITY, UT silent while it sells the station.
ALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translators K217DR and K207EJ/GRANGEVILLE, ID due to an equipment interference issue with another user of the transmitter building.

And WOOF BOOM RADIO has closed on the purchase of Hot AC WLBC, Sports WXFN-A, and Oldies WERK/MUNCIE, IN; Talk WHBU-A/ANDERSON, IN; and Classic Rock simulcast WMXQ/HARTFORD CITY, IN-WMQX/ALEXANDRIA, IN, plus FM translator W275AJ/MUNCIE from BACKYARD BROADCASTING for $4.45 million.
