CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT Top 40/Mainstream WZFT (Z104.3)/BALTIMORE names CCM+E Top 40/Mainstream WIHT (HOT 99.5)/WASHINGTON D.C. night jock ROB 'KRUZ' APD/MD/afternoons. WIHT and WZFT PD MARK MEDINA made this morning's announcement.

In the announcement MEDINA commented, "KRUZ has a passion for programming Top 40 radio and has proven during his time at HOT 99.5 that he has the leadership skills, judgment and domain knowledge to excel at this position.  KRUZ is an excellent on air talent (used by several of our company's top Top 40 stations), great with sales, endorsements, and appearances. He will work closely with me to handle the day to day operation and execution of Z."
