The CUMULUS-DIAL GLOBAL/WESTWOODONE deal is drawing the usual scrutiny from law firms representing shareholders, with several firms issuing press releases indicating that they might sue DIAL GLOBAL over the sale.
BRODSKY AND SMITH, POMERANTZ GROSSMAN HUFFORD DAHLSTROM AND GROSS, LEVI AND KORSINSKY, and RIGRODSKY AND LONG all announced that they are investigating possible legal claims over alleged breaches of fiduciary duties by DIAL GLOBAL over the $260 million deal, namely failing to shop the company around to get a better deal.
The firms are seeking shareholders to contact them for additional information on a possible suit.
