TOWER INVESTMENT TRUST has closed on the sale of KLOW/RENO-PARIS, TX to CRETA CARTER's VISION MEDIA, INC. for $125,000.

In other filings with the FCC, PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY has closed on the sale of noncommercial WPTC/WILLIAMSPORT, PA to WILLIAMSPORT LYCOMING BROADCAST FOUNDATION for $125,000.

And WORLD RADIO LINK INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W284AS/BOSCOBEL, WI to ROBINSON CORPORATION for $11,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Oldies WPRE-A (CRUISIN 980)/PRAIRIE DU CHEIN, WI.
