Clear Channel Signs On Radio 102.3 In Portland, OR

New Alt Station

CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT/PORTLAND, OR announced the debut of RADIO 102.3.  PORTLAND's new alternative music station signed on TODAY at noon, replacing the previous simulcast of Talk KEX-A on the FM translator (K272EL/PORTLAND).
