CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Mainstream WIHT (Hot 99.5)/WASHINGTON, D.C. is bringing back ELIZABETHANY to do nights on, effective SEPT. 23rd. Currently doing nights at WVHT/VIRGINIA BEACH. VA, ELIZABETHANY succeeds KRUZ, who left last week for WZFT/BALTIMORE.
