CCM+E Alternative WEND (NEW ROCK 1065 THE END)/CHARLOTTE morning cast member MELANY MYERS (a.k.a. “MEL”) has decided to move on. The early bird may get the worm, but MELANY wants no part of either! After over two years with THE WOODY & WILCOX SHOW, she is leaving the industry to pursue some other opportunities that may include a return to academia!  Her last day is SEPTEMBER 28th.

So you've always wanted to be on a morning show that's broadcast from coast to coast?  Well that's not the WOODY & WILCOX SHOW! How about one that's broadcast ON each coast?  The WOODY & WILCOX SHOW at 106.5 THE END in CHARLOTTE (also heard on 100.5 THE FOX in ANCHORAGE) is looking for someone to step in and take an important on-air/producer role on their show.  If you're someone who "gets it”... send a 200-word essay on why you think bowlers are athletes.  You'll work hard and may need a rich uncle, but you'll be a part of a fun, successful and winning team.
