CLEAR CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS has appointed JULIA BRAU as the 13th member of the board of directors. BRAU is also a VP at THOMAS H. LEE PARTNERS.
BRAU was already a board member or manager of CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA HOLDINGS and CLEAR CHANNEL CAPITAL I.
