Longtime record vet MIKE BONE recently posted on his FACEBOOK page:

"This just in from JON SCOTT. When a great friend like AL COURY passes away, I always try to remember the good times we all had when we gathered at a convention, a bowling party, a golf tournament, an ALBUM NETWORK CHRISTMAS party, etc. Since there aren't many events like this these days, it seems like we never get together like we did before. Sure there are reasons why, but it's really not an excuse, especially when we see people leave us so suddenly.

So what I did is, I called the SAGEBRUSH CANTINA in CALABASAS (home of many pre-bowing parties) and they have agreed to give us their outdoor patio for free, on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16th @6:30p. There is NO agenda except for seeing each other. You could call it a Music Industry Gathering of Friends, if you like.
