KCRW Introduces Live Streaming On Its YouTube Channel

SANTA MONICA COLLEGE Music/News KCRW/LOS ANGELES has just introduced live streaming on its YOUTUBE channel starting TODAY (9/17) with U.K. buzz band KING KRULE.  The station will continue to stream select live performances from their signature music show Morning Becomes Eclectic as well other evvents.

KCRW’s YOUTUBE channel currently hosts a collection of “greatest hits,” a wide selection of single song highlights from previously recorded performances.  The YOUTUBE page currently boasts over 35 million views!

“YOUTUBE has been a successful platform for KCRW to share the greatest music moments in our studios, but now we have a chance to open up our unique programming to a massive audience,” said Dir./Web & Mobile Development NATHAN LUBECK.  

In keeping with this new feature, KCRW will stream a MOBY acoustic set and interview from SONOS STUDIO hosted by DJ CHRIS DOURIDAS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd at 8p
