The price for L&L BROADCASTING's purchase of the YMF MEDIA COLUMBIA, SC cluster -- Alternative WARQ (ROCK 93.5), Urban WHXT (HOT 103.9), Classic Rock WMFX (FOX 102), Talk WOIC-A, and Urban AC WWDM (101.3 THE BIG DM) -- is $13 million plus an LMA before closing, according to the contract filed with the FCC.

In other filings with the FCC, CUMULUS' RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for WNRX/JEFFERSON CITY, TN because the station "is not financially viable at this time."
