XM SATELLITE RADIO's ad agency may be changing, as the company hires consultant SELECT RESOURCES to put its $50 million ad budget under review. INTERPUBLUC GROUP's MULLEN currently handles the contract for creative and media (the latter through MEDIAHUB); the media buying portion of the contract will not be included in the review.
