COLONIAL MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT Country WBYB ("BOB 103-9")/ELDRED, PA has named CHRIS RUSSELL as Operations Coordinator and new morning host. Previously at CROMWELL RADIO GROUP's EFFINGHAM, IL, cluster, RUSSELL will oversee day-to-day functions of production, continuity, and automation systems for COLONIAL's eight-FM cluster.
